Submission Guidelines

All manuscripts should be sent electronically: Microsoft Word documents for text; high-resolution .jpg or .tif files for images. Direct all correspondence to Managing Editor Steve Lenier at steve@stevelenier.com. Please send image files attached to a separate email from the email containing the article file.

References should be cited as per the AMA Manual of Style. All figures must be referenced within the text, accompanied by complete legends, and be either free from copyright or, if previously published, accompanied by the proper permissions or contact information to obtain those permissions. Images should be a minimum of 5” wide by 5” long at a resolution of 266 dpi.

Conflict-of-Interest Statement
With each submission, Presbyopia Physician requires that authors list financial relationships (including but not limited to employment, contract work, stock ownership, honoraria, paid testimony) or other conflicts of interest that would jeopardize the credibility of works published in Presbyopia Physician.

Statement of Informed Consent
Presbyopia Physician does not publish identifying information, including patient names, initials, or hospital numbers, unless the information is essential for scientific purposes and the patient (or parent or guardian) gives written informed consent for publication.
